Event Manager at Tiffany & Co. in Shanghai: oversee luxury event planning, execution, and agency management across China with 8-10 years' experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage China's annual event calendar aligned with overall marketing strategy and brand objectives, encompassing branding events, press previews, high jewelry sales activations, mall exhibitions, and customer experiences
- Oversee all aspects of event execution including vendor selection and proposal management, creative direction, budget allocation, logistics coordination, venue proposals, program design, performance arrangements, security and insurance protocols, talent selection, setup, and timeline management
- Brief and manage external agencies and partners across production, food and beverage, hospitality, photography, floral design, talent representation, and specialized services
- Conduct KPI evaluation and prepare post-event reports; compile competitor event intelligence for monthly market analysis
Qualifications
- University degree
- 8–10 years of professional experience in luxury industry event management and PR
- Demonstrated deep understanding of event management processes and established agency relationships
- Excellent internal and external communication and coordination capabilities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under high-pressure conditions
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Preferred: background in PR or production agencies specializing in event management, or prior event team experience within international luxury brands
