Tiffany & Co. — Whippany, USA is hiring an Enterprise Architect, Omnichannel to lead enterprise application strategy and omnichannel architecture.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize a future-oriented enterprise application vision and omnichannel strategy that aligns with business priorities across retail, eCommerce, clienteling and marketing.
  • Act as Architecture Design Authority for omnichannel initiatives: establish governance, review and approve technical designs, and ensure compliance from project inception through post-launch.
  • Partner with business stakeholders (Client Experience, Retail Excellence, eCommerce, Digital) and LVMH counterparts to anticipate needs and recommend pragmatic modernization paths.
  • Define and maintain architectural standards, patterns and best practices; produce solution diagrams, integration patterns and data documentation with solution architects.
  • Lead and mentor solution architects; cultivate an internal competency centre for enterprise applications architecture and strengthen enterprise architecture capabilities.
  • Drive cross-domain alignment with infrastructure, cybersecurity, integration and data teams to ensure portability, secure integrations and operational resilience.
  • Own and contribute to the enterprise architecture repository and application portfolio management processes, ensuring accurate application lifecycle data and tool adoption.
  • Champion agile and DevOps principles to accelerate delivery, reduce technical debt, and enable continuous improvement and iterative innovation.
  • Scan and pilot emerging technologies relevant to omnichannel retail; run cross-functional innovation workshops and introduce relevant group-level innovations to Tiffany & Co.

Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise architecture experience with demonstrated leadership in IT transformation, change management and culture change.
  • Minimum five years' experience in enterprise architecture or equivalent senior IT roles, ideally in omnichannel retail, luxury or consumer-facing businesses.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ARCHIMATE) and pragmatic experience modernizing and simplifying information systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end enterprise applications (e-commerce, marketing automation, clienteling, PIM, POS, DAM, CRM) and order management.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet aggressive deadlines and make architecture decisions balancing technical ideals with budget and timeline constraints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a track record of mentoring technical teams.
