Tiffany & Co. (LVMH) seeks an E‑Merchandising and Content Lead in Singapore to manage site content, e‑merchandising and A/B testing for Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site content authoring and publishing for Asia Pacific: build pages/modules in the CMS, route content for translation and local market review, and publish live according to campaign timelines.
- Perform rigorous content QA covering links, layout, responsiveness, tagging and localization; implement post-launch fixes and refinements to maintain a high-quality user experience.
- Maintain site content hygiene and consistency across navigation, landing pages, campaign modules and evergreen pages; prioritise publication dates and escalate dependency risks early.
- Execute e-merchandising activities including category and product grid optimisation, product ordering and inclusion/exclusion rules, badge/label coordination, and category hygiene checks.
- Support on-site discovery improvements: basic query rules, synonym suggestions, zero-results monitoring and coordination with search/browse teams or tools.
- Monitor product and category performance (views, add-to-carts, conversions) and escalate product data or content issues that impact merchandising or customer experience.
- Support project rollouts and site enhancements: set up initial content and merchandising for new markets, coordinate translations, document site defects and support IT testing/validation of fixes.
- Coordinate and QA A/B testing and optimisation programs in partnership with global teams and external agencies; contribute to improving CMS authoring workflows and operational processes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in eCommerce or website operations, content execution and publishing workflows (5 years preferred).
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and authoring tools, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Proven experience supporting e-merchandising: product grids, category maintenance and on-site discovery improvements.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana or Trello.
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to prioritise and contribute within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated capability to perform rigorous QA under tight timelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating across regional and local teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Experience
Minimum 4+ years in eCommerce or website operations with hands‑on content authoring and merchandising experience; 5+ years preferred for leadership/lead roles.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline preferred.
