Tiffany & Co. seeks an eCommerce Coordinator in Singapore to oversee regional digital expansion and omni-channel operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate ecommerce expansion and omni-channel implementation projects, including action log management, timeline adherence, risk escalation, cost monitoring, and stakeholder reporting
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and monitoring to verify system integration between eCommerce front-end, Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP financial systems, and carrier networks
- Develop and communicate standard operating procedures (SOP) and provide change management support through training and user guidance on process modifications
- Manage post-launch hypercare operations and coordinate ecommerce returns workflows, liaising with carriers, third-party logistics providers, client care centers, and finance teams for refund processing
- Coordinate personalization requests for ecommerce orders, including store pickup logistics, warehouse and repair center coordination, and carrier delivery management
- Perform inventory reconciliation between systems and execute stock adjustments when justified; investigate and follow up on shipment discrepancies for inbound and outbound orders
- Manage packaging forecasting and sourcing activities; optimize operational performance reports and review progress on optimization initiatives
- Support sold order management by identifying appropriate fulfillment sources for out-of-stock store requests and utilizing AI-driven automation tools; manage fragrance planning activities including order placement and back-order coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, sales analysis, or stock management within luxury or retail sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong diplomatic capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (such as Power BI or Business Objects) preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, sales and stock analysis in the luxury or retail industry, with demonstrated competency in warehouse and distribution operations, order fulfillment processes, and cross-functional project coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
