Tiffany & Co. E-Commerce Intern (12 months) in London: support digital content and merchandising for 9 European websites. Full entry-level role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Content Manager and Content Specialist to develop and execute content strategy across nine European websites operating on two different platforms
- Manage content effectively using the Content Management System while maintaining brand standards and guidelines
- Coordinate and schedule digital marketing campaigns in alignment with the Global Marketing Calendar
- Optimize website content to improve sales conversion rates and conduct routine audits to identify errors and outdated information
- Assist with digital marketing translations coordination and provide strategic insights on content operations
- Ensure proper categorization and merchandising of product categories across all nine e-commerce platforms
- Drive sales through effective management of key SKUs and collections, ensuring product availability in stock for web and email campaigns
- Monitor new product launches and report issues to relevant teams; support E-commerce Specialists with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports
- Monitor the functionality of European websites daily and promptly report technical issues to the E-commerce Director
- Maintain competitive intelligence on e-commerce trends and innovations, identifying growth opportunities for the luxury jewelry market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital and e-commerce trends and best practices
- Understanding of the retail market and familiarity with the luxury sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and their relationship to sales performance
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commercially minded and highly driven
- Knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, or French is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred

Experience
Beginner level; recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant discipline with a strong passion for digital marketing and e-commerce. No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with Content Management Systems and analytical tools is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (current students near completion of their degree may be considered).
