Tiffany & Co. is hiring an E‑commerce Assistant Manager in Tokyo — lead site operations, performance analysis and digital strategy for the Japan market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations for Tiffany & Co. Japan, including sales reporting, site content updates and ongoing site health checks to ensure a flawless luxury client experience.
  • Implement global and local content strategies in collaboration with merchandising and creative teams to reflect brand standards and commercial priorities.
  • Monitor daily sales and site KPIs; identify trends and issues and translate analysis into actionable, timebound plans to improve traffic, conversion and AOV.
  • Partner with Japan and New York HQ e‑commerce and IT teams to support project implementation, resolve site incidents, and deploy feature enhancements.
  • Work with external advertising agencies and internal marketing stakeholders to plan, execute and evaluate performance media initiatives and owned‑media campaigns.
  • Design and run UX/conversion tests; recommend and implement optimizations to product pages, journeys and checkout flows.
  • Represent Japan e‑commerce in cross‑functional forums, sharing insights with Digital Commerce, Merchandising and CRM to align local and global priorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in e‑commerce or digital business; retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including performance media planning and campaign evaluation.
  • Demonstrated project management capability with experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Proficiency with website analytics and reporting tools and familiarity with CMS workflows.
  • Native‑business level Japanese and business‑level English for regular communication with global HQ.
  • Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills, commercial mindset and ownership orientation.

Experience

Minimum three years’ professional experience in e‑commerce or digital business roles, ideally within retail. Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, KPI tracking and cross‑functional project delivery is required.
