Distribution Planning Lead at Tiffany & Co. in Singapore – inventory and supply chain role for South Asia Pacific region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create stock targets based on inventory constraints, sales trends, merchandising initiatives, and strategic regional needs
  • Monitor inventory levels across selling locations to optimize company assets and meet availability targets
  • Analyze allocations and partner with Merchandising team on distribution and assortment reviews
  • Identify and execute rebalancing opportunities within countries and regions to drive sales and optimize inventory turnover
  • Support new store launches, product initiatives, promotions, and regional trends while promoting best sellers and sales drivers
  • Coordinate sold orders and back orders across different countries and markets globally
  • Collaborate with Merchandising on long-tail assortment reviews, end-of-life optimization, and worldwide rebalancing
  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools to analyze sales and inventory data, improve model accuracy, and support decision-making
  • Review and analyze inventory availability levels and constraints at the regional level with timely follow-up actions
  • Develop and tailor reporting for target audiences, summarizing key actions and analyses
  • Support the Director of Supply & Logistics on process and tool improvements with local and central teams
  • Contribute to Anaplan tool development to enhance store replenishment processes
  • Lead process improvement initiatives with retail, logistics, and Merchandising teams
  • Drive key projects including e-commerce expansion, omnichannel flows implementation, and POS system changes
  • Share regional updates and business highlights with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide availability analysis and recovery projections to store teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA
  • Demonstrated expertise with Power BI and analytics/reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong diplomacy abilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Retail Service Center Operations (Anaplan, OMS, ERPs, POS systems preferred)

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
