Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage stock targets based on inventory constraints, sales trends, merchandising initiatives, and strategic regional needs
  • Monitor inventory levels across selling locations to optimize company assets and meet availability targets
  • Analyze allocations and partner with Merchandising team to review distribution and assortment strategies
  • Identify and execute intra-regional rebalance opportunities to drive sales and maximize inventory turns
  • Support new stores, product initiatives, promotions, and address regional trends through strategic inventory allocation
  • Proficiently utilize reporting tools to analyze sales and inventory data, optimizing model accuracy and decision-making
  • Review and analyze regional inventory availability levels, constraints, and opportunities; provide timely action points
  • Communicate regional updates, business highlights, and merchandise trend analyses to internal and external partners
  • Foster internal team collaboration by sharing inventory issues and procedural efficiency improvements
  • Support market events through inventory allocation and monitoring across store locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong diplomacy
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Business Objects, Compass, Alteryx, MIPS, TTO, or Python
