Role & Responsibilities
- Execute packing functions in adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards, ensuring orders are accurately and appropriately prepared for clients
- Maintain order and inventory integrity in accordance with established care and handling guidelines while securing company assets
- Process domestic and international outbound shipments by scanning cartons, applying correct labeling, and ensuring proper carton security
- Receive and process inbound shipments systematically, coordinate with carriers, and put merchandise away in proper locations
- Perform merchandise picking and return processing, preparing items for restocking, repair, or customer delivery
- Request and monitor packaging quantities, replenish assorted items to packing areas, and document inbound and outbound materials
- Operate material handling equipment and technology to support distribution operations
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity requirements based on business metrics and operational needs
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts across multiple days of the week
- Physical capacity to lift, carry, and move materials and packages
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and order processing
- Ability to follow systematic procedures and maintain organized work environment

Experience
Entry-level distribution or warehouse experience preferred; candidates with beginner-level logistics background encouraged to apply.
