Tiffany & Co. seeks a Director, Retail Excellence in Miami (Coral Gables) to lead retail performance and client experience. $188K–$256K, 40% travel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with corporate leadership, country retail heads and store teams to define and execute retail excellence initiatives that lift sales, client experience and operational productivity.
- Monitor store-level performance metrics and deliver actionable insights and improvement plans to regional and store leadership.
- Drive alignment across sales, operations, learning and compliance to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and visual identity in every store.
- Oversee inventory, merchandising and category presentation to optimise assortment, availability and sell-through in fine and high jewelry.
- Lead franchise network supervision and trade-market relationships, ensuring performance, contractual compliance and brand representation.
- Design and implement market-insight reporting and cost-effective marketing roadmaps to support local selling events and long-term growth.
- Manage client relations strategies and clienteling initiatives to deepen high-value customer engagement and retention.
- Represent the company at domestic and international client selling events and strategic meetings (approx. 40% travel).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; alternatively, a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant experience is accepted.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Sales Manager or similar role when holding a bachelor’s degree; overall, a minimum of five years of relevant retail leadership experience is required.
- Written and oral fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
- Proven track record in luxury retail management (fine/high jewelry) with experience in US and LATAM markets.
- Demonstrated experience in retail performance management, learning & development, operations, inventory and merchandising, and franchise oversight.

Minimum five years of progressive retail leadership experience in luxury jewellery or watches; demonstrable experience across US and LATAM markets, retail performance, operations, client relations and franchise supervision.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience (five years) accepted in lieu of a degree.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 188,000 to USD 256,000 per annum.
