Tiffany & Co. seeks a Director, Omnichannel in Sydney, Australia to lead ANZ eCommerce, CRM and clienteling across retail and digital channels.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own ANZ eCommerce P&L and deliver against regional eCommerce and omnichannel KPIs, including revenue, conversion and client engagement targets.
- Develop, plan and optimise performance marketing across paid search, lower‑funnel paid social, email/SMS and affiliate channels to drive acquisition and lower‑funnel conversion.
- Lead digital merchandising and local content optimisation to maximise online sell‑through and brand desirability in the region.
- Orchestrate end‑to‑end digital commerce operations and fulfilment in partnership with distribution centre and supply teams to ensure best‑in‑class delivery and post‑purchase experiences.
- Manage and elevate the Client Care / Contact Centre to deliver a seamless ‘store’ experience online, build team capabilities and champion digital clienteling.
- Define CRM and client segmentation strategies, deliver data‑driven clienteling and one‑to‑many communications, and operationalise client lists and campaigns via CRM platforms.
- Translate web analytics and consumer insights into actionable strategies to expand eCommerce reach and optimise omni growth plans.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing regional team; partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, training and performance management to sustain talent pipelines and brand standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in eCommerce/omnichannel leadership with direct customer contact; luxury retail or jewellery sector preferred.
- Proven P&L ownership and budget management experience with measurable commercial results.
- Track record of building and executing short‑ and long‑term digital and omnichannel strategies.
- Proven ability to operate in global matrix organisations and advocate regional market needs while aligning to global brand principles.
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.

Experience
Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in eCommerce and omnichannel roles, including P&L responsibility and people leadership; preferably within luxury retail or jewellery and within a global matrix organisation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
