Tiffany & Co. seeks Director of People and HR Technology in Paris to lead HR technology strategy, SuccessFactors transition, and product line management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People/HR Technology Product Line aligned with HR strategy, employee needs, and enterprise technology direction
- Lead dual product lines encompassing Core HR Platforms/Core HR Operations and Talent, Employee Experience & SuccessFactors Transition
- Manage and coach the manager responsible for Core HR Platforms/Core HR Operations, ensuring alignment across priorities, delivery plans, and operating model expectations
- Act as Product Manager for the Talent, Employee Experience & SuccessFactors Transition product, defining vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities
- Translate business priorities into product roadmaps, investment decisions, and delivery plans in partnership with HR leadership
- Drive prioritization across the product line, balancing run operations, compliance requirements, transformation initiatives, and employee experience improvements
- Oversee planning, design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management across the HR product line
- Monitor and report on product line KPIs, progress, risks, outcomes, and service performance metrics
- Lead transition planning from current HR systems toward SuccessFactors in alignment with HR and IT strategy
- Ensure strong coordination between product teams, platform teams, enabling services, regional IT, and external partners
- Build and maintain relationships with HR business stakeholders, regional teams, and key IT partners
- Support change management, communication, and adoption activities related to HR technology transformation
- Foster a product-oriented culture focused on accountability, customer value, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with security, data, architecture, and regulatory requirements across all HR technology products
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, HR Technology, HRIS, or enterprise application leadership
- Strong expertise in HR systems and processes, including core HR and talent-related capabilities
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting large-scale HR transformation programs or platform transitions
- Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong ability to define product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and quantify business value
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder relationship management across business and IT leadership
- Strong understanding of agile methods, delivery governance, and product lifecycle management
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in complex, matrixed environments
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working in global and matrixed organizations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in product management, HR technology, HRIS systems, or enterprise application leadership, with demonstrated success in defining and executing HR technology strategies and leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
