Tiffany & Co. seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist in London to manage Paid Social and Paid Search across Europe for performance-driven ecommerce.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise lower-funnel Paid Social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest to maximise revenue and ROAS for nine European markets.
- Shape and implement Paid Search strategy in collaboration with SEO and media agency partners, owning product segmentation and custom label strategies to increase visibility of priority products.
- Manage programmatic Display activity and coordinate with agency partners to ensure efficient performance and campaign delivery.
- Integrate and manage first‑party audience audiences across Paid Social and Paid Search, ensuring legal compliance, audience refreshes and correct technical tracking.
- Design and run quarterly test-and-learn initiatives to improve product visibility and reach high-value audiences; evaluate emerging tools and targeting opportunities.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting and post-campaign analysis; translate insights into actionable optimisations.
- Act as a regional liaison between the Media Hub, Brand teams, Global stakeholders, IT, Legal and external agencies to resolve technical or compliance issues and align on media plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience managing Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns in a performance-driven environment.
- Proven capability across lower-funnel and full-funnel media strategies, including audience targeting, creative selection and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in testing frameworks, campaign analysis and ROAS-driven optimisations.
- Demonstrable stakeholder and agency management experience; comfortable working with Brand, Legal, IT and senior regional/global teams.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise across multiple markets and concurrent campaigns.
- Preferred: degree in business, marketing or communications; prior digital agency experience; interest in jewellery trends and luxury ecommerce behaviours.

Education
Degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent preferred.
