Tiffany & Co. seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist (Europe) in London to manage Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic display across European markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise lower-funnel Paid Social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest to maximise revenue and ROAS against monthly online sales targets.
  • Shape and implement Paid Search strategy across Europe in partnership with agency teams and the SEO function, owning product segmentation and custom label strategies.
  • Support programmatic Display strategy and tactical optimisation with media partners to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Integrate and manage first‑party audience data across Paid Social and Paid Search, ensuring legal compliance and regular audience refreshes.
  • Design and run quarterly testing programmes and trials of new tools, technologies and targeting approaches to improve product visibility and audience reach.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting, post-campaign analysis and actionable insights for Brand, Media Hub, IT and Legal stakeholders.
  • Act as principal liaison between regional clusters, the Media Hub (Paris), global teams and external agencies; troubleshoot feed, tracking and technical issues with partners and IT.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns in a performance-driven environment.
  • Proven capability across lower-funnel and full-funnel media strategies, with demonstrable focus on ROAS and online sales delivery.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign analysis, A/B testing and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable collaborating with Brand teams, agencies and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, able to prioritise across multiple markets and manage concurrent projects.

Experience
