Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain development timelines, milestone trackers, and project status dashboards
- Track progress across active development launches and identify timeline risks, bottlenecks, and overdue dependencies
- Oversee and manage stone inventory needs for projects, including stone requests, work order creation, bill of material setup, and purchase order requests
- Support stage-gate readiness tracking and confirm required approvals and deliverables before milestone transitions
- Maintain centralized documentation for development decisions and help standardize reporting templates and workflows
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Design, Manufacturing, Industrial, Planning, and external suppliers to coordinate information flow
- Ensure development milestone handoffs are complete and timely, tracking action items and ownership from development meetings
- Monitor development plans for schedule risk, identifying missing information, unresolved dependencies, or conflicting priorities
- Escalate issues early through defined governance channels when timelines or deliverables are at risk
- Build working knowledge of jewelry development lifecycle, technical workflows, supplier dependencies, and readiness milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Merchandising, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years of prior relevant Development or Project Management experience
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational details and attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and comfort with daily spreadsheet usage
- Understanding of physical product creation processes and comfort speaking to technical topics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Development or Project Management experience, preferably in a luxury goods manufacturing or product lifecycle environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Merchandising, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering.
