Tiffany & Co. in New York seeks a Development Analyst to coordinate jewelry product development, track milestones and manage stone/BOM processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain development timelines, milestone trackers and a central project status dashboard to ensure development momentum.
- Track progress across active product launches, identify timeline risks, bottlenecks and overdue dependencies.
- Escalate blockers through established governance channels and support structured issue resolution with PD Manager, Director and engineering leads.
- Oversee stone inventory requirements for projects, including stone requests, work order creation and cleanup, bill of material setup and purchase order requests.
- Prepare development status updates, meeting materials and maintain centralized documentation for development decisions.
- Support stage-gate readiness tracking and confirm approvals and deliverables prior to milestone transitions.
- Coordinate information flow and milestone handoffs across Product Marketing, Design, Industrial, Planning, GA/DD, JDIW and external suppliers.
- Track action items and ownership from development meetings and follow through on open dependencies.
- Standardize reporting, templates and development workflows to improve process visibility and accountability.
- Continuously build working knowledge of jewelry development lifecycle, technical workflows, prototype development and supplier dependencies to recognize operational risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Merchandising or a related field.
- 1–3 years of prior relevant product development or project management experience; preference for candidates with 3+ years.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and track complex milestone plans.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

1–3 years of relevant development or project management experience supporting product lifecycle activities; experience in jewelry, watches or related manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Merchandising or related discipline.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 77,000 to USD 85,000 per annum.
