Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceive and generate luxury-oriented window designs through design research, 3D renderings, visualization, and presentation of design intent for show windows, in-store special windows, and global flagship store projects
  • Utilize quick sketches, 3D models, and refined color studies to translate design ideas into modern, elevated designs that reflect brand luxury standards
  • Communicate design concepts with exceptional clarity through verbal and written presentations, prepare weekly leadership presentations, and direct regional CVM design team communications
  • Partner closely with CVM production teams to oversee material fabrication, ensure top-tier craftsmanship, and maintain design integrity throughout production revisions and prototyping
  • Develop comprehensive design intent documentation, technical drawings, and prototypes to guide production teams and ensure compliance with project timelines
  • Prepare design materials for weekly leadership presentations, contribute design directives to regional CVM teams, and manage cross-stakeholder communications
  • Deliver high-quality work against both long-term strategic schedules and fast-turnaround projects, adapting quickly to feedback and maintaining composure under tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Set Design, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in design or related field
  • Strong understanding of creative visual merchandising and luxury retail environments
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Advanced 3D CAD skills (Rhinoceros 3D, Keyshot, or similar), with ability to read floor plans, architectural elevations, and construction drawings
  • Understanding of production processes, project development, and technical drawing protocols
  • Excellent conceptual, spatial, and visual storytelling capabilities
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with ability to perform under tight deadlines
