Tiffany & Co. Designer, CVM - Windows role in New York. Temporary position conceptualizing and executing luxury retail window displays and creative environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ideate, design, and develop visual merchandising concepts for global seasonal window campaigns, heritage creatives, and special projects including new store openings and artist collaborations
- Produce sketches, renders, design presentations, and design intent documents for presentation to internal teams and general management
- Adapt design concepts for global rollout across diverse store formats and fixture types
- Create and refine 3D model design concepts using advanced CAD tools
- Liaise with production departments to communicate design intentions and technical specifications in detail
- Manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines
- Support project installation in-store as required
- Research materials, finishes, and innovations to continuously elevate brand image and creative direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Set Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design or related discipline
- Strong understanding of creative visual merchandising and luxury environment design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced skills in 3D CAD software (Rhinoceros 3D, Keyshot, or similar)
- Thorough understanding of production processes, technical drawings, and project development workflows
- Excellent conceptual, spatial, and storytelling capabilities
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines
