Tiffany & Co. Data Governance Coordinator (Temporary) in Cumberland, RI. Support ERP data maintenance and integrity in manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in the execution and monitoring of recurring maintenance reports to ensure data accuracy and process consistency
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and documenting discrepancies or errors identified through maintenance reporting activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to facilitate timely resolution of data and system-related issues
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of findings, actions taken, and resolutions to support auditability and continuous improvement efforts
- Contribute to process standardization by following established procedures and suggesting improvements where recurring issues are identified
Qualifications
- General understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Item Master Data
- Very good data analysis skill using Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience, though preferred candidates will have 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or engineering data support in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, documentation control and support, or product configuration.
Education
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in manufacturing or engineering data support, documentation control, or product configuration.
