Role & Responsibilities
- Process and update service and repair orders in the department’s Repair System, ensuring accuracy, prioritization and timely progress against production and quality standards.
- Provide cross‑functional coverage across the Landmark as needed — order logging, material supply, washout, quality assurance, preparing shipments and other operational tasks.
- Manage the Landmark parts inventory, perform cycle counts, place parts orders with the Tiffany Service Center and collaborate with management to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform machine engraving and embossing services for product and packaging to company servicing and quality standards; report equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs.
- Act as a liaison to internal clients and the Repair Services technical staff by troubleshooting service issues, responding to inquiries within established timeframes and supporting ad‑hoc projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative, technical or service operations environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Preferred: undergraduate degree.
- Preferred: hands‑on experience with machine engraving and/or embossing; familiarity with graphic programs and inventory management practices.
- Preferred: Graduate Gemologist credential is a plus.

Experience
Minimum of two years in an administrative or technical role supporting operations or service workflows; practical experience with engraving/embossing and inventory control is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
