Tiffany & Co. — Paris: CRM & Client Data Intern (6‑month internship, July 2026) supporting CRM, email campaigns (SFMC) and client analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the Europe region point of contact for newsletter campaigns and coordinate the pan‑European campaign calendar with E‑commerce, Marketing and local markets.
  • Build briefs and coordinate the production of assets for ad‑hoc campaigns; configure and deploy campaigns in SFMC including template creation and proof validation.
  • Identify and segment target audiences for each campaign while applying best practices to manage commercial pressure.
  • Test and optimise newsletter elements (subject lines, CTAs, visuals) and ensure campaigns comply with data protection regulations.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance (open rates, CTR, e‑commerce & retail conversions) and deliver actionable reporting to markets.
  • Develop simplified client KPI reporting for markets and support ad‑hoc data analyses; localise insights for market relevance.
  • Support markets with audience/list requests and counts (Audience Builder) and ensure accurate list creation.
  • Dedicate one day per week to Retail Learning: organise training sessions, follow up on attendance/results, support content creation and harmonise regional best practices.
  • Contribute cross‑functionally to the Retail Excellence & Omnichannel team during peak periods, supporting the Retail Learning Director as required.
  • Conduct benchmark and market‑watch of luxury and cross‑sector email campaigns to surface trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Master's degree (Master 2 level) in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage) for a 6‑month placement starting July 2026.
  • Basic knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.
  • Prior internship or first experience in managing newsletter/email campaigns is strongly desired.
