Tiffany & Co. Creative Visual Merchandising Specialist in Miami, Florida. Lead CVM strategy across nine luxury stores in South Florida.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the CVM Director to implement and execute regionally defined product strategies and initiatives across all nine South Florida stores
- Ensure styling guidelines and merchandising strategies are upheld daily, conducting regular floor walks to provide solutions that balance CVM standards with business objectives
- Plan and execute creative CVM campaigns including vitrines, case lines, towers, and wall shelf fixtures, ensuring optimal merchandise selection, installation, styling, and lighting
- Manage the creative campaign ordering process, logistics, installation, and maintenance, tracking effectiveness and reporting to the CVM Director
- Train and inspire commercial and operational teams, actively participating in daily and weekly floor walks with insights and solutions
- Support execution of high-profile selling events, product launches, seasonal displays, activations, press previews, and branding initiatives
- Independently identify and maximize CVM and merchandising opportunities, communicating regularly with the CVM Director regarding business developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably in luxury retail
- Portfolio demonstrating visual merchandising and display work required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting
- Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, and florals
- Theatre or colour display lighting experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex relationships and work effectively across teams

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related disciplines, preferably within the luxury retail sector. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of executing high-impact visual merchandising campaigns and maintaining brand presentation standards in fast-paced retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant coursework or certification in visual merchandising, retail design, fine arts, or a related discipline is advantageous.
