Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured 2–10 week Tiffany & Co. craftsperson training program, developing proficiency in precious metals and gemstone work as a Setter, Jeweler, or Polisher
  • Learn and apply Tiffany & Co. quality standards and production specifications to fine jewelry manufacturing
  • Execute assigned tasks in a team environment while maintaining professional conduct and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Comply with all Tiffany & Co. policies, procedures, and prescribed training guidelines throughout the programme
  • Work safely at all times by following jeweler safety protocols and all worksite-specific safety procedures; report incidents and safety concerns promptly to the team leader
  • Transition and adapt technical skills across precious stones and materials as directed by supervisory staff

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Appropriate hand dexterity, as confirmed by bench assessment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
