Tiffany & Co. seeks a temporary Corporate Recruiter in Whippany, NJ to support full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition through December 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively partner with Human Resources Business Partners and leadership to understand and prioritize outstanding talent needs
  • Provide strategic and creative sourcing methodologies to attract top talent in high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
  • Conduct full-cycle retail recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, position posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination
  • Build and develop leadership pipelines to address future organizational staffing requirements
  • Investigate and recommend new sourcing technologies and recruitment practices for reaching candidates in competitive markets
  • Leverage social media platforms and LinkedIn to enhance recruitment reach and employment brand visibility
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on specific staffing strategies for volume hiring, background check standards, and agency resource utilization
  • Conduct recruitment market research to develop targeted go-to-market recruitment approaches for new positions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of high-volume, professional recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of current business trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated relationship management and influencing skills with proven ability to establish and maintain professional networks
  • Strong client-service orientation with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions
  • Advanced technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with social networking best practices and the ability to leverage technology to attract candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with high-volume recruitment operations
  • Ability to commute to Whippany, New Jersey
