Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for corporate events, including pop-ups, PR events, large-scale HJ events, exhibitions, and internal meetings.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, such as venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, logistics, guest management, catering, and on-site execution.
- Create event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with company-wide goals.
- Develop and implement event strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and public relations activities.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with allocated funds.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Identify and select appropriate vendors based on event requirements and budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in planning and managing corporate and PR events within the luxury segment, particularly in jewelry and watches.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in budget management.
- Ability to unite teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in event planning and management, particularly in the luxury segment.
