Tiffany & Co. seeks a Coordinator, Retail Excellence in New York to support retail operations and drive client experience across the store network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and reservations
  • Prepare and submit expense reports using Expense Visor software
  • Handle departmental administrative tasks including filing, supply ordering, mail distribution, and shipping coordination
  • Process and file invoices and bills as the departmental accounts payable representative
  • Attend Retail Excellence meetings, compile detailed notes, and create strategic PowerPoint presentations
  • Organize conferences and meetings including site selection, contract negotiation, catering, and AV coordination
  • Partner with retail operations to maintain performance dashboards and track key metrics
  • Coordinate product flow for store openings, pop-ups, deliveries, and pullbacks with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams
  • Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance for new store openings, renovations, and repairs
  • Serve as liaison between corporate and store teams to facilitate engagement, communication, and feedback loops
  • Present product knowledge and selling technique training to retail teams via in-person, virtual, and store visit sessions
  • Support retail projects focused on client loyalty, customer acquisition, and sales performance
  • Drive adoption of new tools and manage system rollout and training in partnership with IT
  • Support onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth integration into brand culture

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of executive assistant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and show flexibility and initiative
