Tiffany & Co. Paris apprenticeship: Compensation & Benefits support role for HR students, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual salary and bonus reviews (ICR), ensuring data accuracy and database integrity across HR systems
- Create, track, and analyse compensation metrics and reports for executive leadership with supporting recommendations
- Manage compensation survey processes in collaboration with external partners and HR teams
- Support regional compensation and benefits projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Current student in higher education HR programme with specialisation in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics, or Social Control
- Fluent oral and written communication in both French and English
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage projects independently
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is advantageous

Beginner-level; current student pursuing formal HR education with focus on compensation and benefits or related field.

Student currently enrolled in a higher education programme in Human Resources with specialisation in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Management, HR Analytics, or Social Control.
