Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor (Spanish Speaker) in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional clienteling and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embodies the Tiffany brand and delivers the ‘Tiffany Touch’ in every client interaction, creating memorable, personalised experiences.
  • Develops and nurtures client relationships to cultivate repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
  • Consistently attains or surpasses monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through proactive selling and client development.
  • Captures and maintains accurate client data using client tracking systems and POS, and leverages insights to grow outreach business.
  • Drives sales across key product pillars through curiosity-led discovery and tailored styling advice.
  • Implements service best practices and acts on NPS feedback to continuously elevate the in‑store hospitality experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or a client-facing hospitality role.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results and developing a personal client portfolio.
  • Ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele and to personalise the selling journey.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Spanish language proficiency (required).
