Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Relations Manager in Singapore to lead clienteling and High Jewelry client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and refine an integrated clienteling strategy to drive day‑to‑day retail sales and High Jewelry (HJ) business growth.
- Develop and operationalise elevated in‑store client experiences, ensuring consistent high‑quality execution and continuous performance monitoring.
- Conceive and deliver bespoke client gestures, gifting initiatives and personalised hospitality moments to strengthen long‑term VIP relationships.
- Plan and execute High Jewelry events and experiential outreach in collaboration with regional teams and local market stakeholders.
- Prospect, cultivate and convert high‑value clients through partnerships, bespoke outreach campaigns and targeted engagement within key networks.
- Partner with Market and Regional leadership to align clienteling initiatives with broader commercial objectives and brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in client relations, clienteling or luxury retail, with demonstrable success in high‑value client acquisition and retention.
- Proven track record working with High Jewelry, fine jewellery or luxury watches, including event curation and VIP servicing.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytic capability to translate client data into commercial outreach and personalised service programmes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging UHNW/HNW clientele and external partners.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional and regional teams.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in client relations/clienteling or luxury retail, preferably with direct exposure to High Jewelry or high‑end watches and demonstrated success managing VIP clients and executing HJ events.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, hospitality, luxury management or a related discipline preferred.
