Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Client Relations Coordinator (Intern) in Paris to support European client data, gifting, events and CRM activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Relations Manager in Europe to enhance data capture, maintain top‑client profiles and improve client intelligence.
- Follow up on regional client mapping and create automated follow‑up workflows for top clients and high‑potential prospects (sales, turnover, etc.).
- Provide regular analysis and actionable feedback to European teams to strengthen top‑client knowledge and segmentation.
- Collaborate with Client Relations teams to identify and qualify clients for regional and global events, experiences and hospitality programs.
- Support gifting operations: consolidate annual orders, place event orders, track shipments, manage cancellations and monitor budgets by cluster.
- Assist with event logistics including RSVP follow‑up, event collateral ordering/distribution, appointment scheduling and hotel room tracking for Europe.
- Help prepare regional and global reports, assist with invoicing from client‑treatment agencies and support charge‑back reconciliations by cluster/country.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of client segmentation, profiling and targeting for acquisition of high‑potential clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Luxury Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems and clienteling tools or demonstrable interest in clienteling workflows.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple administrative and coordination tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal aptitude.
- Passion for client relationship building, hospitality and the luxury retail sector.

Entry‑level / internship: no prior professional experience required, though previous internships or coursework in client relations, CRM, luxury retail or events coordination is an advantage.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Luxury Management, Communications or a related discipline.
