Join Tiffany & Co. in Beverly Hills as a Client Relations Coordinator. This role involves strategic and hands-on client relations responsibilities within a dynamic luxury brand environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and develop programs, strategies, and service support related to events.
  • Assist the Director of Client Development with scheduling, expense reports, and special projects.
  • Manage and distribute the Southwest Events calendar.
  • Support client gifting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors and research new vendors, ideas, and industry trends.
  • Oversee billing for client activations and manage event budgets to track spending efficiently.
  • Contribute to major event recaps, calendars, and timelines.
  • Engage in cross-functional partnerships to ensure smooth logistics from planning to on-site execution.
  • Support local North America retail teams by communicating global directives and providing guidance on event plans, budgets, and branding.
  • Compile and prepare strategy decks.
  • Provide creative and logistical support for store events.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion and creativity for building client relationships.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $30.43/hour to $41.17/hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
