Role & Responsibilities
- Support top-tier client experiences and appointment management at the flagship Landmark location for both domestic and international clientele
- Deliver highly personalized one-to-one client experiences that reinforce Tiffany & Co.'s brand heritage, prestige, and traditions
- Provide comprehensive New York City area information and arrange bespoke experiences including special reservations at premier restaurants, entertainment venues, events, and transportation logistics
- Proactively research and cultivate relationships with premier hospitality organizations, luxury hotels, and fine dining establishments across New York City
- Develop and manage high-net-worth client experiences during flagship visits, including management of private event spaces
- Manage client appointments and scheduling through the Booxi booking platform and email correspondence
- Conduct thorough client discovery for each appointment to ensure full customization and personalization of all touchpoints
- Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback and emerging trends to the Client Experience Manager/Director
- Maintain a welcoming, well-organized store environment aligned with brand image and standards
- Escalate and resolve complex customer concerns with discretion, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions
- Serve as liaison between sales managers, client advisors, and internal departments to fulfill client requirements
- Coordinate client events designed to engage existing clients and cultivate new relationships
- Support internal team training on client experience protocols and Landmark tours for new employees
- Coach sales floor teams to maintain elevated service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of luxury hospitality experience
- Proven track record of managing VIP and high-net-worth clients
- Established network of relationships with luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and hospitality providers both domestically and internationally
- Demonstrated expertise in event and catering coordination
- Proficiency in arranging luxury car services and complex travel arrangements
- Exceptional ability to create detailed itineraries and bespoke experiential moments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Multilingual capabilities preferred
- Strong existing connections within New York City's luxury hospitality landscape

Experience
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, with demonstrated success cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth clientele. Candidates should possess proven expertise in coordinating complex, bespoke client experiences across hospitality, fine dining, and travel arrangements. Experience working within luxury retail or hospitality flagships, managing VIP appointments, and developing relationships with premium service providers is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or related field preferred.
