Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Experience Coordinator at The Landmark, New York. Deliver bespoke luxury hospitality services to VIP clients. $26.35–$35.65/hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly personalized, one-to-one client experiences and ensure each client receives the Tiffany Touch through elevated, bespoke service delivery
  • Manage client appointments and inquiries via Booxi booking platform and email, engaging in direct client discovery to customize all touchpoints
  • Provide comprehensive NYC area information and coordinate special arrangements, reservations, and logistics for activities, entertainment, events, restaurants, and transportation
  • Build and maintain relationships with top hospitality organizations, luxury hotels, and fine dining establishments in and around New York City
  • Proactively research and identify emerging luxury businesses and partnerships to enhance client experience offerings
  • Develop and manage high-net-worth client experiences whilst coordinating use of multiple private spaces within The Landmark
  • Share Tiffany & Co. heritage, product information, and servicing offerings with clients, VIC clients, and EXCO team members
  • Collect, analyze, and report customer trends alongside commercial team feedback to the Client Experience Manager/Director
  • Act as liaison between sales managers, client advisors, and other departments/stores to fulfill clients' needs and ensure seamless cross-functional communication
  • Coordinate client events to engage existing clientele and attract new patrons
  • Monitor store environment for alignment with brand image and standards; manage and resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Lead internal tours of The Landmark and support training of in-store client experience protocols for new employees
  • Support external appointments and luxury experiences as a global flagship coordinator, generating revenue opportunities for other locations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality experience
  • Proven expertise in coordinating car and travel arrangements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in event and catering coordination
  • Established relationships with luxury hotels and fine dining establishments in NYC and globally
  • Proven experience working with VIC and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Fluency in multiple languages preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
