Tiffany & Co. seeks Client Experience Concierge in New York to curate bespoke luxury experiences for VIC and high net worth clients visiting The Landmark.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide highly personalized, one-to-one client experiences to domestic and global visitors at The Landmark, ensuring the embodiment of the Tiffany Touch
  • Curate and arrange bespoke client experiences by researching New York City offerings and coordinating activities, entertainment, dining reservations, and transportation
  • Share Tiffany & Co.'s heritage, product collections, and servicing expertise through compelling storytelling
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with premier hospitality organizations, luxury hotels, and Michelin-starred restaurants throughout New York City to secure priority client access
  • Develop and manage customized experiences for high net worth clients and VIC clientele during visits to The Landmark
  • Schedule and manage multiple private spaces within The Landmark to optimize client engagement and hosting moments
  • Conduct comprehensive client discovery during each appointment to fully personalize all service touchpoints and anticipate needs
  • Participate in networking activities and vendor evaluations to ensure selected partners align with Tiffany & Co. brand standards
  • Act as liaison between Client Advisors, Sales Team Managers, and other departments to fulfill specialized client requests
  • Partner with the Client Experience Manager and Director to maintain exceptional standards for all client hosting moments
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Client Experience department as needed
  • Lead internal tours of The Landmark and serve as a brand ambassador to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support all hospitality and selling events designed for VIC clientele

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of luxury hospitality experience in premium settings
  • Proven experience managing relationships with high net worth and VIC clients
  • Demonstrated expertise in event and catering management
  • Strong existing network within New York City's hospitality, fine dining, and cultural landscape
  • Multilingual proficiency highly preferred
  • Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, both domestically and globally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality environments, with proven track record of serving high net worth and VIC clientele. Demonstrated expertise in curating bespoke experiences, managing premium vendor relationships, and coordinating complex logistics within exclusive settings.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30.60 to USD 41.40 per hour.
