Tiffany & Co. (Singapore) seeks a Client Development Manager for the ION Flagship to lead clienteling, events and high‑jewelry client strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and evolve the flagship’s client development and contact strategy, prioritizing personalised outreach, appointment management and bespoke client planning within the ION Flagship.
- Act as the primary bridge for client experience across store levels, ensuring a seamless, integrated guest journey between flagship, boutiques and private client services.
- Own client development programmes for the ION Flagship, including retail programmes, High Jewelry initiatives, events and activations that enhance brand desirability and drive sales.
- Manage in‑store clienteling tools and client data governance; partner with regional CRM and analytics teams to translate data into targeted client plans and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Team Managers, Private Client teams and external partners to align sales plans, loyalty initiatives and service standards across all retail environments.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) and new high‑value prospects through personalised experiences, bespoke outreach and acquisition strategies.
- Design and deliver distinctive in‑store experiences and activations that strengthen client engagement, lifetime value and brand preference.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development, private client sales or clienteling, preferably within jewellery or high‑end watches/horology.
- Proven track record planning and executing client events, activations and loyalty programmes that materially drive revenue and retention.
- Demonstrable experience managing clienteling/CRM platforms, client data usage and producing actionable client plans.
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence store leadership, regional teams and external partners.
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence and ability to engage UHNW and VIP clientele with refinement and confidentiality.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in luxury retail client development, private client management or comparable roles, with proven success in clienteling, events/activations and driving sales within a flagship or boutique environment. Prior exposure to high‑jewelry or watches is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; advanced training in luxury retail, CRM or clienteling is an advantage.
