Role & Responsibilities
- Champion and implement the Client Development Roadmap within regional store teams.
- Leverage regional data to enhance client acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop and execute client development action plans.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to store leadership through regular visits and communications.
- Conduct follow-up meetings to assess results and ensure adherence to clienteling behaviors.
- Identify opportunities in clienteling and performance to drive immediate impact.
- Collaborate with headquarters on new Client Development initiatives and tools.
- Support teams in the effective use of clienteling tools.
- Share regional insights and best practices with the North American Retail Excellence team.
- Analyze data to identify business opportunities and guide store leaders in client development strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
- Proven track record in cultivating strong client relationships and driving client loyalty.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data for actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inspiring and trusted leadership abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Preferred: A college/university degree.
