Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive administration duties within the Client Care Center.
  • Coordinate inventory arrangements for online shopping.
  • Communicate with clients regarding inventory status and delivery repairs via phone and email.
  • Input and aggregate data to monitor online shopping progress.
  • Support project-related tasks and internal communications with boutiques and other departments.
  • Notify clients of any changes through phone and email.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in the brand industry.
  • Experience working within a team of over 20 members for at least 5 years.
  • Proficiency in communication across various platforms and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic PC operation skills with the ability to utilize over 10 tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with contact center tools and technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Logical and critical thinking skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
  • Comfortable with English, capable of reading and writing at a TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent.
