Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Care Advisor in Munich (temporary) to deliver omnichannel luxury customer service and support sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, personalised omnichannel customer service (phone, email and other touchpoints) that fosters long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Achieve individual sales objectives and contribute to departmental sales plans through strategic prospecting, follow-up and conversion of sales opportunities.
  • Maximise customer value using cross-selling, up-selling and promotion of add-ons and personalization services.
  • Respond to customer requests accurately, professionally and within agreed SLAs; maintain the department’s service KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a relevant client portfolio and use portfolio data to design targeted client engagement plans with emphasis on high‑value enquiries.
  • Answer inbound customer enquiries (telephone and email) and coordinate closely with payments, inventory and shipping teams to resolve issues.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and collaborate with the Client Care team and team leader to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Initial experience in customer service within luxury retail or relevant client-facing sectors (hospitality, F&B) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with customer communication and e‑commerce-related technology.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS-Office.
  • Discreet, conscientious handling of client data and high regard for confidentiality.
  • Flexible, resilient team-player with strong initiative, organisational ability and time-management skills.
  • Native-level German and excellent command of English in both spoken and written form; additional languages advantageous.

Experience

Entry-level / beginner. Candidates should have some prior customer-facing experience—ideally in luxury retail, hospitality or similar client service environments.
