Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Client Advisor in Zurich — permanent full‑time role delivering luxury client experiences and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding sales performance to meet and exceed store revenue targets and service expectations; actively contribute to global, regional and local sales initiatives.
- Maintain operational excellence through adherence to store procedures, rigorous product standards and accurate, efficient inventory control.
- Act as a dedicated brand ambassador: uphold Tiffany presentation and grooming standards, complete required training and remain informed about product and market developments.
- Create exceptional client experiences by delivering personalised, high‑touch service, managing client enquiries and resolving complaints with discretion.
- Develop and deepen customer relationships to drive long‑term loyalty and repeat business; support and participate in client events and store activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail, ideally within luxury retail or in client‑facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
- Business proficiency in German and English.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to prioritise tasks and perform in a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and competency with Microsoft Outlook / email correspondence.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of client‑facing retail experience, preferably in luxury goods or high‑end hospitality; demonstrable history of meeting sales targets and developing client portfolios.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or sales is advantageous.
