Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in White Plains, NY. Full-time luxury retail role with Spanish language preference, $22.19–$30.02/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Touch through every client interaction, creating memorable moments that reflect personal flair and brand excellence
- Develop and cultivate new and existing client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, capturing client data and leveraging clienteling practices
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets whilst identifying innovative approaches to business growth
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and clienteling culture, encouraging team engagement and continuous business development
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences by demonstrating the Tiffany brand values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity
- Serve as a brand ambassador during all client interactions, demonstrating passion and product knowledge across key product pillars
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique, personalized experiences; leverage client feedback and NPS performance data to enhance service delivery
- Style clients through comprehensive product knowledge, connecting wardrobe preferences to Tiffany offerings whilst maintaining proficiency with Point of Sales systems and client tracking technologies
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or related client-facing environments such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and sales targets
- Ability to establish genuine connections with diverse client bases
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking platforms, and Microsoft Outlook email
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- College or university degree preferred
Skills
Experience
Beginner-to-intermediate level retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing experience in hospitality or related service-oriented sectors, with demonstrated success in meeting commercial objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
