Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in client interactions, ensuring each experience is extraordinary.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a culture of clienteling and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Capture and cultivate client data for relationship building.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
  • Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars.
  • Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate brand ambassador qualities during sales ceremonies.
  • Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique experiences.
  • Connect with clients' wardrobes to offer styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients effectively.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
