Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
  • Identify innovative ways to enhance client experience and grow business.
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences and act on client feedback.
  • Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors during selling ceremonies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems. Ability to connect with a diverse client base. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to develop client relationships.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
