Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the signature 'Tiffany Touch' to create memorable customer moments.
- Develops and deepens one-to-one client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales through proactive clienteling.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets.
- Captures and maintains accurate client data; leverages client tracking systems to grow outreach and repeat business.
- Delivers product expertise across key pillars and converts clients through consultative discovery and styling.
- Implements service best practices and acts on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to elevate the in‑store experience.
- Optimizes hospitality and store amenities to create personalised client events and appointments.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail, luxury retail or relevant client-facing experience (hospitality acceptable).
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Demonstrable ability to connect with a diverse client base and create lasting relationships.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in retail, luxury retail or hospitality with demonstrated commercial performance.
Education
Preferred: college or university degree.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 24 per hour.
