Role & Responsibilities

  • Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the signature 'Tiffany Touch' to create memorable customer moments.
  • Develops and deepens one-to-one client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales through proactive clienteling.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets.
  • Captures and maintains accurate client data; leverages client tracking systems to grow outreach and repeat business.
  • Delivers product expertise across key pillars and converts clients through consultative discovery and styling.
  • Implements service best practices and acts on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to elevate the in‑store experience.
  • Optimizes hospitality and store amenities to create personalised client events and appointments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail, luxury retail or relevant client-facing experience (hospitality acceptable).
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
  • Demonstrable ability to connect with a diverse client base and create lasting relationships.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
