Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets through disciplined sales execution
  • Capture and manage client data, cultivating relationships through personalized clienteling strategies
  • Deliver elevated in-store experiences through consistent application of the Tiffany Touch and best-in-class hospitality
  • Drive revenue through key product pillars and innovative merchandising discovery during client appointments
  • Demonstrate brand ambassadorship through passionate communication of Tiffany heritage, craftsmanship, and product expertise
  • Act on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and client responses to continuously refine experience quality
  • Integrate wardrobe and style consultation to position jewelry as essential lifestyle components

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing expertise in hospitality or related sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets
  • Strong ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele and assess client needs
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client relationship management (CRM) platforms, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred)
