Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through distinctive client interactions, leveraging personal flair and the 'Tiffany Touch' to create extraordinary experiences
- Build and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Capture and leverage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships, delivering a significant portion of sales through repeat clientele
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences through memorable moments, optimizing hospitality and acting on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback
- Drive sales through key product pillars, converting clients through curiosity and discovery during each client appointment
- Foster a clienteling culture and entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business and develop personal client portfolios
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields (such as hospitality)
- Proven track record in achieving commercial sales results
- Strong ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing experience in hospitality. Demonstrated success in achieving commercial sales results and cultivating client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (college or university degree preferred).
