Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the signature ‘Tiffany Touch’ and personalised hospitality.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales through disciplined clienteling and outreach.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using client tracking systems and POS to grow outreach business.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales from repeat clients and convert new clients through discovery and styling.
- Drive sales across key product pillars and identify innovative opportunities to expand business.
- Execute best practices for in-store experience and act on NPS feedback to create memorable moments.
- Collaborate with the store team to optimise hospitality, merchandise presentation and appointment experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver elevated, personalised service.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- College or university degree preferred; multilingual proficiency is desirable.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail or luxury retail experience — alternatively relevant client-facing hospitality experience — with documented commercial performance and client development success.
Education
College/university degree preferred.
