Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Wailea, USA — deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales (hourly pay $20.40–$27.60).
Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the distinctive 'Tiffany Touch' and creating memorable, personalised experiences.
- Develops and cultivates long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and consistent capture and maintenance of client data in CRM systems.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through discovery, product knowledge and consultative selling across key product pillars.
- Drives repeat business and lifetime client value by converting appointments into sales and identifying opportunities to grow personal sales pipeline.
- Implements service best practices: leverages NPS feedback, optimises in‑store hospitality and styling to elevate the client experience.
- Operates point-of-sale and client tracking systems accurately and performs routine administrative tasks including email correspondence via Microsoft Outlook.
- Works flexibly across non-traditional retail hours (days, evenings, weekends and holidays) to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality with a proven record of delivering commercial results.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse client base and to convert relationships into sustainable sales.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking/CRM platforms and Microsoft Outlook.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work non-traditional retail hours including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience—or client-facing hospitality experience—with documented achievement of sales targets and client development.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 27.60 per hour.
