Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in all client interactions, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data to enhance customer engagement.
  • Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for luxury brands. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-facing role.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.

The role is situated in Wailea, Hawaii, USA — conveniently close to Honolulu.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $19.13-$25.88 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
