Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Vienna, Austria for temporary full-time work in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional consultation and personalized service to discerning national and international clientele
- Proactively build and nurture sustainable customer relationships through strategic engagement
- Execute CRM initiatives to enhance customer retention and lifetime value
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Support exclusive clients during special events and marketing campaigns
- Analyze, monitor, and manage inventory assortment to optimize sales
- Maintain and uphold rigorous Visual Merchandising standards consistent with brand guidelines
- Actively participate in product education sessions and professional training programs
- Execute administrative sales operations and point-of-sale transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods retail, or equivalent customer-facing experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or similar service sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Polished personal presentation, positive demeanor, and strong collaborative attitude
- High degree of responsibility and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks
