Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Vancouver, BC. Part-time luxury retail sales role with CAD $20.57–$27.83/hr plus commission.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand identity in each client interaction, delivering the distinctive Tiffany Touch and creating extraordinary client experiences
  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending, capturing client data and cultivating both new and existing accounts
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets through consistent sales performance and entrepreneurial client development
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and identify innovative ways to grow revenue through elevated client appointments
  • Elevate in-store experience by creating memorable moments, demonstrating passion during selling ceremonies, and leveraging client feedback to enhance every visit
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities, connecting with clients' personal style preferences and acting on Net Promoter Score performance and feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results and driving sales performance
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
  • Authorization to work legally in Canada
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with and serve a diverse client base
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
